VAT: I am currently registering for VAT. The fees below are shown excluding VAT. I will update this page once VAT registration is complete.

If you are an existing client, I will confirm in writing how VAT will apply to you and from what date.

Complimentary consultation

For self-funded clients, I offer an initial complimentary 20-minute consultation.

How I work and where we meet

I offer sessions:

  • in person (Shinfield, Reading)

  • online (video)

  • by phone

Fees are the same regardless of whether we meet in person, online, or by phone.

Session times

Different fees apply depending on session time:

  • Standard hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  • Early / late: outside standard hours, weekends, and bank holidays

Notes

  • Neurofeedback-only sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at the same rate as an individual 50-minute session.

  • “Couple” means any relationship between two people. 50-minute couples sessions are usually weekly; 80-minute sessions are usually fortnightly.

  • Group participation requires a commitment to weekly attendance.

Health insurance and third-party funding

I am registered with and accept referrals from a number of health insurers (e.g., Aviva, AXA PPP, Bupa, Cigna, Simplyhealth, WPA).

Where sessions are funded by a third party (e.g., insurer or case manager), an administration fee may apply and reports are charged at an hourly rate. If a policy does not cover my fee in full (e.g., excess or benefit limits), the client is responsible for the shortfall.

Clinical supervision fees

  • Individual supervision (50 minutes): same fee as an individual therapy session

  • Group supervision (2–4 supervisees, 100 minutes): same as one individual supervision session fee per supervisee

Further notes

  • Neurofeedback treatment requires attendance in person.

  • Online/phone sessions are paid by BACS in advance.

  • Limited concessions are available.
